You're disgusted. I can understand. The stares, the jokes, people talking about you – it's more than you can take. You have ultimately found the straw that breaks the camels back. It's time to take action. But prior to starting to consider how to get rid of man boobs, I just want to say: surgical procedure should not be a choice.
Why not? First off, think about your finances. Surgery can cost big bucks– and that's merely for the operation. There would probably be examinations, prescription medicine, and rehab costs to add to the mix.
If that does not frighten you, consider what the surgery will do to your body. You will not merely burn chest fat off during the operation, you'll have it shredded off. Again and again. And think about this, you're considering the operation for cosmetic purposes and enduring the scalpel is certain to result in scars. Are you consenting to ante up all those dollars to simply swap a couple of lumps for hideous scars? I would guess not.

Still not sure? Then mull over the danger possibility. If it was me, I'd be concerned that the doctors may not get it correctly. I could leave the hospital even unhappier than before, or maybe I would have a complication that would require further surgery.
For me, surgery is not an option simply because I don't think it's worth the trouble. I'd only consider it as a last resort; even then, I'd probably think twice.
